These cards make up the ninth set in Nabisco's "natural history" card series and were wrapped inside "Sugar Daddy" and "Sugar Mama" caramel pops candy.
 
A 24"x 36" wall chart designed to display the 50 Water World Heroes cards was available via mail order offer on the inside of "Sugar Daddy" and "Sugar Mama" caramel pops sucker candy wrappers.
