This set is a reprint of the 1971 ‘Platos Voladores Al Ataque!’ (Flying Saucers Attack) card set based on a book written by Héctor Germán Oesterheld (Illustrated by Alberto Breccia) with the same name which chronicles the invasion of the planet Earth (a la the ‘Mars Attacks!’ cards issued by Topps); it’s near complete destruction, and subsequent salvation through the efforts of a group of Argentineans.  Having not read this book, I do not know exactly how dinosaurs and other extinct creatures figured into the plot.

The complete history of this set and the original 1971 set can be found in the website ‘historietasArgentinas.com’ (http://historietasargentinas.com/historietas.html).
