These glow-in-the-dark tattoos were inserted two per sheet in Van de Kamp's frozen seafood (e.g., breaded fish sticks).  The animals depicted consist of fictional prehistoric creatures vaguely associated with sea animals and/or seafood.
 
The checklist is guesswork on my part and is based on the assumption that this set has the same images as the  Fish-O-Saurs Sticker Cards.
