These paper cards appear to have an educational purpose of some sort. One sorce suggests that they are a subset of cards from an educational album called "Dieren uit de hele wereld" (Animals of the World). The back of each card contains information about the animal in French and Dutch languages. This set is identical to the Kolibri-GmbH "Dieren uit de Hele Wereld" set which is also included in this website except the Kolibri-GmbH set has copywrite information on the reverse of the cards. It is possible that these are just variations of the same set.
