These were non-sport card inserts included in the Topps Allen & Ginter World Champions baseball card (mostly) set. The cards that begin with 'MM' are regular 'Monsters of the Mesozoic' cards while those that begin with 'MMR' are 'Monsters of the Mesozoic - Framed Relics' cards which contain fragments of actual fossils.
