Discover the Wildlife in Dubai
http://www.bayut.com/mybayut/wildlife-dubai
Discover the Wildlife in Dubai is an informational resource focusing on the fauna in and around the city of Dubai (United Arab Emirates) located in the eastern part of the Arabian Peninsula on the coast of the Persian Gulf. This featurette provides brief information about the indigenous carnivores, reptiles, herbivores, and birds. I’ve included this reference, not so much for its content, but to honor Evelyn, a bright and motivated young woman who is creating a list of animal research sites that she can explore with her little sister and share with fellow participants in the local Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) club. (I hope she adds ‘The Dinosaur Fan’ to her list 😊) I wish her the best in her efforts and hope she retains her interest in wildlife as she grows up. She’s lucky to have such a caring mentor in Joann who brought this effort to my attention.
