These 3D glow-in-the-dark foldout model cards were inserted into Cheerios cereal boxes in the later half of 1994.  The backs of these boxes also had 'Fact File' cutout cards printed on them providing information about the dinosaurs on the Foldout cards (see Nestle Set #4658).
