These cards are actually glow-in-the-dark peal-away stickers and were inserted in Van de Kamp's frozen seafood (e.g., breaded fish sticks).  The animals depicted consist of fictional prehistoric creatures vaguely associated with sea animals and/or seafood.  
 
A poster (see image below) was offered as a premium and obtained by mailing in three UPC codes from any Van de Kamp's frozen seafood products. The offer for this poster was found on the backs of the Van de Kamp's Fish-O-Saurs cards.  This poster was intended to have the eight stickers randomly stuck to it to create a unique display.
