These cards were inserted into the Dino Egg Dig Kit to provide a visual dinosaur identification for each toy that is dug out.  
 
It is interesting to note the errors on the checklist provide as part of the packings (see image below).  The Image of the "Dilophosaurus"  (a bipedal meat-eater) looks to be a darker version of the Diplodocus (a quadrupedal herbivore) and the Iguanodon name is misspelled "Lguanodon".
