I do not have much information on this set. The seller classified them (it) as '1950's Dinosaurs comics paper game card Asian edition'.  The exact country of origin was not provided though these are reminiscent of Japanese menko cards, which is why I chose Japan as the country.  Even the subject matter is questionable.  While the one card shown, does have 'dinosaurs' (actually Sauropterygians), the image appears to be a scene from the movie or book, Journey to the Center of the Earth, so this set could be specific to that topic.
