The Trading Card Database
 
These cards were included in Happy Meal boxes containing Jurassic World: Chaos Theory toys.  The fronts of the cards have an illustration of the dinosaur associated the each toy and an English text title.
 
TOY VARIATIONS: two different sets of toys were produced as described below.
  • Cardboard Figures - these are thick cardboard slot-together figures.  From what I can tell, these were released in the US, UK, Canada, and probably other predominately English-speaking countries.  Also, this set reportedly contains a Baryonyx figure which apparently does not have a plastic toy equivalent in the other set.  As of May 2025, I have not seen the actual card or associated box for the Baryonyx, although the slot-together Baryonyx figure is apparently shown in the following YouTube video (https://youtu.be/Hlxbk39fv70?t=88 provided by 'Eon Dude').  The same video includes what looks like a legitimate advertising banner which does show 13 dinosaurs (see image below).
  •  Plastic Toys - these are four-piece plastic snap together toys.  It appears as if these were distributed in parts of Europe, Asia, and Middle-East.
