These are sketch cards which were inserted into Wacky Packages boxes at a rate of one per box.  Reportedly there were 1,800 boxes issued, so assuming these sketches are all unique  one-of-one's as indicated, there should be 1,800 different sketch cards.  Twenty-two different artists that contributed to this set.
