These blue-bordered cards were included with the Jurassic Park toys released in the USA, Canada, Japan, and Europe. Distribution of these figures/cards was much more limited than the red-bordered series and were skip-numbered due to the absence of eight figures which were never officially released (i.e., #’s 35, 38, 46, 48, 49, 58, 59, and 60).  It has been reported that four of the missing figures were slated to be: Scrap Davis, Scutosaurus, Estemmenosuchus, and Utahraptor.  Card #56 and the last six cards (#’s 61 through 66) were included with repackaged figures from the first series.  There may indeed be others as well.
  
The fronts of the cards feature stills from the Jurassic Park film with the header, “AUTHENTIC MOVIE Collector Card” in English text.  The backs of the cards have ‘Movie Moments’ and ‘Dino Trivia’ sections along with a strange mixture of information relating to the film, fictional characters (e.g., Dr. Snare, Sgt. ‘T-Rex’ Turner), and extinct animals not seen in the film (e.g., Tanystropheus, Lycaenops).  The text of the cards relates to the toy with which they were packaged rather than the image on the card.  As a result, about half of the writeups have nothing to do with their respective front images.
