Damsel's and Dinosaurs was the first major release of single sketch card series by Sadlittles which focuses on producing products that benefit charitable causes and the artists who contribute the card series.  Damsel's and Dinosaurs is part of Sadlittles ‘Promotional Series for Artists’ (PSA) program featuring artists original creations, the sale of which, is stated to directly benefit the artists. Be advised that many of the cards in this set are adult-oriented with partial or implied nudity and sensual themes.  

 

Each pack of Damsel's and Dinosaurs cards contained at least one hand drawn sketch card and some packs included one, two or three ‘Gold Starburst’ cards which entitled the recipient to obtain limited edition sketch cards from artists Jim Kyle, Sanna or Nicole Goff. Back in 2010, Sadlittles provided a sketch production estimate on their website (Saddlittles.com) which I’ve provided below.  I do not have an updated list (aside from the images I’ve captured) and Damsel's and Dinosaurs information is no longer provided on the Sadlittles website.  If you have additional checklist information and/or images you are willing to share with the readers, please contact me.

 

NOTE: I did not actually collect these cards but rather gathered the images from various websites which you can view from the checklist below.  This is why nearly all of the images contain only the front of each card. Also, these cards are unnumbered and untitled, so there is no particular order to the checklist below other than by the artist’s name if known.  The numbers in the title/description of the checklist were created by me to differentiate the various sketches of each artist. These numbers have no other meaning and are NOT printed on the cards. Finally, it should be noted that, while most of the cards contain a dinosaur or some other prehistoric animal somewhere in the image, the cards I consider to be ‘in scope’ (a.k.a., a rogue) are those where the prehistoric animal pretty much dominates the image.

 

Numbers in the () indicate the quantity of different sketches by each artist as of 2010.
