These cards were inserted in certain editions of The Disney Limit magazine which was published in Germany between 1993 and 1998.  The target audies was apparently 12-14 year old boys. The magizine featured articles on a variety of "boy-oriented" topics such as wrestling, American football, motor sports, and action stars such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jean Claude van Damme, and Sylvester Stallone.
